Summary: We booked a suite for one night after a family wedding at the hotel. The lobby was clean, inviting, and modern, and check-in was smooth with only a short wait. The gentleman at the front desk was very professional and friendly. Our suite was much nicer than expected. It looked updated and spotless, with a soft modern color scheme and a very comfortable king bed. There was even a heart made out of towels placed on the bed when we arrived, which was a thoughtful touch. The room had a mini fridge, a coffee maker, and plenty of storage. I especially appreciated the full-length mirror with an outlet next to it so I could dry my hair while my husband was using the bathroom to shower and get ready. The bathroom was spacious and clean with a walk-in shower, a well-sized vanity, and plenty of towels, which I always notice. Everything felt fresh and well maintained. The hotel bar stayed open late after the wedding reception, which allowed guests to relax and socialize longer. The bartender was very friendly and professional, which made the evening even nicer. The next morning there was coffee in the lobby and check-out took less than a minute. For just over $180 with fees, this was an excellent value. The service, cleanliness, and comfort all exceeded expectations. The location is convenient and easy to find. I would absolutely recommend the Radisson Hotel Freehold to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-kept hotel with great service and value.

Summary: Staff was great. Only a few tissues and no back up box and same for the toilet paper we had to call Dow for both. Usually here is always an extra. Iron worked well. The air conditioning kept turning off which was frustrating to wake up hot and have to turn it back on (and yes we had it on high even tried auto at the lowest temp…neither kept the room cool for more than about 45 min to an hour at a time!

Summary: Room was clean and quiet. The Wifi worked the first night. It was out in the morning and did not come back up during our two other days. Reported it. Never resolved.

Summary: The hotel room was comfortable. However, the area around the lobby and outside had several transients hanging around and there was open liquor bottles and trash as you walked in the front entranqe. This is not a good look. It made us feel for our security.

Summary: Stayed for 4 days. Rooms were very clean and well maintained, but perhaps a bit tired. Everything worked well. Staff were friendly and room was cleaned well and secure. Beds were a bit on the hard side for my taste, but comfortable. There was an air freshener dispenser in the halls that was pretty flowery and not to our taste.

Summary: Friendly staff. Room was clean but the bathroom was very small and the water pressure of the shower was too much which caused slow water flow down the drain. Loved the complimentary breakfast! Overall, we had a nice stay!
